Why should I use Hydrosol System to passivate my W.F.I. Still?

W.F.I. still systems are susceptible to rouging. Rouging can shorten the life of your equipment and can lead to irreversible damage such as pitting and heavy accumulation of iron and rust blooms. Rouging can vary from a light-red color (Class I) to a blue or black color in the worst scenarios (Class III).  Rouging is very prevalent in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry due to type of stainless steel and high water temperatures while in operation.
